The ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4090 OC Edition is the pinnacle of graphics card engineering, designed for enthusiasts who demand nothing but the absolute best. Powered by NVIDIA's Ada Lovelace architecture, this flagship GPU delivers breathtaking performance for 4K gaming, content creation, and AI workloads.

Unmatched Performance

With 16,384 CUDA cores and a massive 24GB of GDDR6X memory on a 384-bit interface, the RTX 4090 obliterates any game you throw at it. Expect frame rates well beyond 100 fps in the latest AAA titles at 4K with ray tracing enabled. The OC Edition comes with a factory overclock for even higher boost clocks, ensuring you get every ounce of performance from the silicon.

Advanced Cooling & Build Quality

The ROG Strix features a massive 3.5-slot cooler with Axial-tech fans, a large heatsink, and a vapor chamber to keep temperatures low even under sustained load. The fans use dual ball bearings and a 0dB mode for silent operation during light use. A metal backplate reinforces the card and adds a premium look, while Aura Sync RGB lighting lets you customize the aesthetic to match your build.

Connectivity & Power

Equipped with one HDMI 2.1 and three DisplayPort 1.4a outputs, you can drive multiple high-refresh-rate 4K displays or a single 8K monitor. The card requires a 450W TDP and recommends an 850W power supply, using the new 16-pin 12VHPWR connector (adapter included). PCIe 4.0 x16 interface ensures full bandwidth with modern motherboards.

Who Is It For?

Hardcore Gamers: Experience 4K gaming at maximum settings with ray tracing and DLSS 3.
Content Creators: Accelerate 8K video editing, 3D rendering, and AI training with CUDA and Tensor cores.
Enthusiasts: Build the ultimate high-end PC with the fastest consumer GPU available.

If you want the best of the best and are willing to pay for it, the ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4090 OC Edition is the definitive choice.

Frequently Asked Questions

What power supply do I need for the ASUS ROG Strix RTX 4090 OC?

ASUS recommends at least an 850W power supply. Ensure your PSU has the required 12VHPWR connector or use the included adapter with four 8-pin PCIe connectors.

Will the RTX 4090 fit in my PC case?

The card is 357mm long and takes up about 3.5 slots. Check your case's GPU clearance and make sure you have enough space. Most full-tower and many mid-tower cases will accommodate it, but it's tight.

Is the RTX 4090 worth it for gaming?

If you game at 4K with high refresh rates or use VR, yes. It provides the highest frame rates and enables ray tracing at maximum settings. For 1080p or 1440p, it might be overkill, but it will last many years.
